Private Online lessons
I have embraced the world of online teaching and I never thought that I would love it this much! I am able to have students from all over the world! From India, Ireland, The Netherlands, England, Egypt, Australia and all over the U.S.! I feel that learning has been enhanced online and we can be even more interactive. I love to teach the very beginning techniques to ensure a successful path on the bass or voice, all the way though professional musicians.

I also hold monthly online recitals on Instagram and it is an amazing space for musicians to meet each other, perform and support each other! Check it out ---> Instagram Student Recitals!

In the Fall of 2021 I started teaching private jazz voice lessons and instrumental jazz ensembles at USC. I absolutely love it there and the environment is buzzing with creative energy!
Discover Double Bass online course
I have been fortunate to study with wonderful teachers throughout my life and I am always excited to pass on that knowledge. I recently created an online jazz bass course for Discover Double Bass titled "From Beginner to Bandstand." Often times we can be so excited about playing the music that we short change ourselves and skip the foundational elements of the instrument and the music...so I decided to share my favorite fundamental tips to get you from the practice room to the bandstand! And the best thing, you can be anywhere in the world and access this information! Here is a preview of the course and you can to www.discoverdoublebass.com for more info.
THE COLBURN SCHOOL
Starting in Fall of 2019 I will be accepting jazz bass students at the Colburn School located in downtown Los Angeles. Colburn accepts students/adults of all ages. I find the atmosphere inspiring and very conducive to being creative and exploring what you love. Walking down the halls you will hear anything from virtuosic classical students, inventive jazz students and a visually stunning dance program! I grew up as a student at Colburn myself so it is exciting to be able to give back as a teacher. Contact the school for enrollment info www.colburnschool.edu
MT San Antonio COLLEGE
I have been teaching at Mt Sac since 2016 and I absolutely love it. It is a beautiful campus located in Walnut, CA that enhances the learning experience with an award winning jazz program. Mt Sac has wonderful jazz faculty with a lot of opportunity to perform as well. Community College can be a good and affordable choice for you if you need time to discover what you want to focus on, if you have a steady job, or if you want continue your education at a later point in your journey.
